New mobile ANPR/HD video solution will enable police and enforcement agencies to effectively address wide range of civil and criminal offences.

The In- vehicle ANPR Moving Violation Recorder (MVR) combine class-leading Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) capabilities with High-Definition (HD) video to address a series of driving and criminal offences.

Support: 

• Designed to be used from a moving vehicle by police and law-enforcement agencies.
• Support and automatic downloading is provided by Truvelo’s Violation Management System (VMS).

ANPR/MVR Combination: 

“The ANPR/MVR combination enables use in high-speed situations, providing video-based evidence of drivers’ speeding violations.

Through a live connection to the local vehicle driver licensing authority, it will also allow a range of other offenses to be addressed.

These include, from a ‘HITman’ database, outstanding summonses, warrants for arrest, and stolen/cloned vehicles.

Ancillary systems which will support evidence-gathering and improve police officers’ and enforcement officials’ safety include body-worn cameras.”
